It was absolutely priceless to be with Nadine on a daily basis, she genuinely lives the life she promotes.  


To be able to talk to her in person daily and ask her questions brought a deeper level on connection and trust with our coaching. Nadine’s empathy and compassion for her guests allow women to take their guard down and share personal stories and experiences that have lead a woman on the journey that she is currently on. I was able to have her full attention to talk/laugh/cry about the things going on in my life and the safe space she creates to be able to share deeply personal experiences. It made me feel like I truly mattered to someone. That my physical and mental/emotional health matter to her as well.  Nadine is an excellent role model with regard to a healthy way of living. Overall she is a level-headed, calm and methodical person who takes time to enjoy every moment in a day. When Nadine stayed with me I felt like a calmer person. I slowed down my life which in turn made me slow down my eating. When you can stop and reflect on your own needs both emotionally and physically your body reacts in a very positive way. This affects all aspects of your life including your relationship with people and how you affect others in your day to day life. She was invested in me at a personal level, over and beyond her job. This is a vocation for her, she truly cares about her clients and their well-being. It was like having your best friend in the house with you. I always felt extremely comfortable and Nadine was able to answer and help me with any questions regarding my health. 


 I enjoyed our evening chats before bed. I really loved that Nadine was able to see my lifestyle, family, friends, career and what my hometown had to offer as far as healthy living goes. Going to a grocery store and a health food store was also another experience that I valued. She was able to show me products that she enjoys and we were able to discuss product ingredients and recommendations. I really felt that it allowed Nadine to connect with me at a deeper level because of this. 


I also enjoyed her healthy living seminar. It was an amazing night that affected many lives in my hometown. Even though I have been working with Nadine on and off since 2014 I always take something new away from listening to her or speaking with her. She has so much knowledge and information to offer others.


Nadine is a calming individual that puts you at ease instantly. It is definitely an experience that I will always cherish and value. 

Would you recommend this type of retreat?

 I would recommend a private retreat with Nadine because it is like having a family member in your home that truly cares about you. Nadine is a calming individual that puts you at ease instantly. I mean who wouldn't want access to a mind, body and and nutrition coach right in your own home? It is definitely an experience that I will always cherish and value.

 My whole mindset is different. It was amazing working one on one with Nadine, there were so many take-aways and aha moments as well as very deep and personal conversations. I now have a better outlook on life and self-image and now know that someone believes in me. My whole mindset is different. I would recommend this to any woman! Any woman who is struggling with weight or body image issues would for sure benefit, but any woman who needs to focus on herself and put herself first in life would benefit. 

 

There were so many take-aways. One of the biggest ones is that there isn't an "end" to getting healthy. This is an ongoing life change and though I have heard it before, to see it in action with someone as healthy as Nadine was eye opening. I always assumed that "people" like Nadine didn't have to worry about tracking nutrition. This has really helped me implement permanent life changes,

It was amazing. I returned home from vacation healthier and happier then when I left. No doubt I lost weight and my clothes fit better, but I was also focused on me and ready to return to my "real life" and implement the changes.
